With over 19 years of experience, I work with leaders, creatives and organisations who want leadership that is more human, more honest and more effective.

I support people who think, feel and lead differently, including many who identify as neurodivergent, to reclaim their voice, trust their way of being, and lead without masking, burning out or shrinking to fit.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and serve on the Board of ICF UK. My work blends deep coaching practice with systemic insight, supporting individuals to grow and organisations to evolve.

I coach through a systemic lens.
That means I don’t just focus on the individual. I work with the patterns, norms and structures that shape how people are allowed to lead, belong and succeed.

Through reflective, strategic and human-centred coaching, I help individuals:

• build self-awareness and self-trust
• lead without performing someone else’s identity
• navigate complexity without losing themselves
• influence systems, not just adapt to them

And I partner with organisations to:

• strengthen leadership confidence and capability
• uncover systemic blind spots in culture and decision-making
• align values with lived experience
• build environments where difference is not managed but valued

My work often sits at the meeting point of leadership, difference and systems. This includes neurodivergence, but also cultural difference, emotional depth, creative thinking and ways of being that don’t fit neat boxes.

My approach is grounded, relational and cross-disciplinary, shaped by my work as a coach, entrepreneur, podcaster, HeartMath trainer, mindfulness educator and certified Montessori teacher.
